Welcome friends! My name is Hodo, and this website is just a conglomeration of all the things I cherish. I have a love for journaling, rewatching P&P (2005) and North and South (2004), along with immersing myself in fictional worlds through reading and playing video games, such as SWTOR. This website showcases general blogs, Power Rangers and Star Trek specific sections, a favorites space (shows, movies, even covering book reviews), and a creativity corner, a place to show my attempts at sewing and other creative endeavors, featuring my own poetry.

The blogs tab goes more in-depth into topics that interest me such as my public health heroes and their stories, along with outbreaks and their backgrounds, that show us that the struggle against the spread of disease is timeless, and that it must continue. It will also contain entries on my hopes and fears, why I dream what I dream, and the covering of historical events that deserve more coverage. This is also a space where I can write down my own thoughts, or respond to articles that made my mind wander.

The Power Rangers tab is just that: a space where I can write freely about all I love about this series, the nostalgia it carries, post about my favorite episodes and seasons and simply explore them more! My favorite PR seasons are Time Force, RPM, and Lost Galaxy. I am currently watching In Space.

The Star Trek tab covers my favorite episodes and series as well, but I'll also be doing a fun little activity for each episode: summarizing it, why it is one of my favorites, but also asking the important questions: what if the episode was made into a bouquet of flowers? No, seriously, if the contents and my emotions over the ~40 minutes watching were made into flowers, what would it look like, what would it include?

The Favorites tab highlights my top movies and series, ones that I keep going back to and live in my head rent free. It will also include book and video game reviews!

The Creativity Corner features my poetry throughout the years and pieces that I am currently working on, along with sewing and embroidery projects, baking and cooking, anything and everything there is to do! Mostly, this will be a comfy space to show my progress doing things that engage both mind and soul.
